About this Event
The Torah commands us to remember that we were once strangers in a strange land. That tenant of our faith gives us an empathetic understanding of the need to help the immigrant, the asylum seeker, the refugee.
Join for a special Refugee Shabat service as we recommit ourselves to enacting this commandment and embodying that empathy. We’ll also recognize those in our community who’ve volunteered their time, given their energy, and donated to our Refugee support efforts.
