I’ve Fallen! But Watch Me Get Up!

Join Flipper’s Gymnastics and Congregation Shir Shalom at a fundraiser that will focus on essential skills and training for staying healthy and safe as our bodies encounter the challenges of aging.

We will work on the following:

• Strength – including necks, hips, shoulders, ankles
• Flexibility
• Balance
• Proper ways to fall to reduce injury

Cost of $36 per person will be split equally between Flipper’s and Congregation Shir Shalom
