About the event
Join us for a presentation by Sam Lurie, Collections and Programming Manager (from the Catskills Borscht Belt Museum in Ellenville, NY).
Sam will speak, at Shir Shalom, about the history of the Borscht Belt – a network of over 1,000 Jewish resorts, hotels, and bungalow colonies that dotted New York’s Catskills Mountains from the turn of the 20th century to the 1980s.
We will provide a bagel breakfast.
This event is free of charge, however, registration is required by Wednesday, May 1.
